Our Story
Quintile Advisory was founded on a straightforward idea: companies hiring for Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, and emerging Technology roles deserve a recruiting partner who actually understands those functions.
Most recruitment firms are built around volume. We're built around depth. We take a deliberately small number of searches at any one time, and every one of them is managed personally — from the initial brief through to placement and beyond.

Sanghamitra is a recruitment executive with nearly two decades of experience placing senior talent across Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology, and AI functions. Before founding Quintile Advisory, she led talent and recruitment mandates at some of the most recognized firms in consulting and enterprise technology — including Kearney, SAP, Oracle, and HCL Technologies — where she partnered with global business leaders, partners, and C-suite stakeholders to build out specialist practices and critical hires.
Her work spans the full spectrum of senior recruiting — from confidential executive searches and global practice builds to high-stakes technical hires — and she is known for combining deep functional understanding with a personal, advisory approach. She is equally comfortable assessing a Kinaxis Functional Lead, briefing a Chief Supply Chain Officer, or partnering with a private equity sponsor on a portfolio talent plan.
Sanghamitra founded Quintile Advisory to address a gap she observed first-hand throughout her career: mid-market and enterprise companies struggling to find genuine specialist talent, served by generalist firms that lacked the technical depth to deliver. Her approach is direct, discreet, and entirely personal — every engagement she accepts is managed by her, end to end.
She holds an MBA, is a certified PHR (Professional in Human Resources), and is based in Chicago, Illinois.
